Languid poetry,
Lethargic and slow.
Water flowing,
Quickly then slow.
Peaceable warring,
Government noose.
I do not want this,
Set me loose.
Flaming terror,
My mind and heart,
Sedate my hate,
Soul torn apart.
Confusing tool.
I'm inside your brain.
Rhymes are twisting,
To drive you insane.
Close your eyes,
Step through the mirror,
Open them then,
See your world clearer.
Awaken your senses,
Put your mind in a whirl,
Discard your illusions,
And step into my world.
